Bluum was established in late-spring, 2011 – our reaction to the truth that looking into, choosing and obtaining items for children and little children had turned into a mind-boggling assignment in our cutting edge world brimming with such a large number of decisions and an excessive amount of data – particularly for unseasoned parents who aren’t exactly certain what they’re doing in any case!
